What: Overseas Community Project (OCP)
When: 26 September to 5 October
Where: Philippines, Pagudpud Ilocos Norte
Why:
You will be able to ...
- help rehabilitate St. Jude High School, which was destroyed by a typhoon or teach the fundamentals of robotics
- interact with the locals through donations of used clothes
- participate in DAKLIS, a technique of fishing by means of netting, trapping, angling and gathering
- take part in cultural exchanges, friendly outdoor games, an educational field trip to the Windmill Power Plant and
- visit one of the local colleges
For interested participants, there will be a briefing on Wednesday, 30 June at LT 49, from 100 PM to 130 PM.
